Where will the Quartier des Promenades rental project be located?The project is located just a short walk from the Promenades St-Bruno shopping center and only 15 minutes from Mont-Saint-Bruno National Park. It offers quick access to Route 116, Highway 30, and the EXO bus station, allowing residents to reach Montreal in about 25 minutes. The project will also be visible from Route 116, establishing itself as a new landmark in the landscape.

How many rental units will the project have in total?Around 2,000 apartments will be built in 12 residential buildings.

How many apartments will be available in Phase 1?The first phase will include 276 units, spread across two buildings:

Building Q1: 151 units
Building Q2: 125 units

When will the first units be ready?The first apartments (Phase 1A) will be ready for occupancy in February 2027
